ascends the steps to a building at Ojuk on. This structure houses replicas of Yi Yul Gok's book
and inkstone. Yi Yul Guk is considered one of Korea's great statesmen. He was a Neo-Confucian scholar of the Choson Dynasty (1392-1910). He made his home at Ojuk on with his mother, Shin Saimdang, also revered as a great scholar.
