Working with Male Co-Workers
	You basically need to treat your male co-worker almost the same as your male boss. In fact, the only real difference is that when the two are together, you show slightly more respect towards your boss. A male co-worker will like you more (and thus be easier to get along with) if you compliment him on his teaching technique or ask him for his advice or opinion on something related to your students. However, don't ask him many questions all the time or he'll think you are incompetent. Work on making him look good to the boss occaisonally...especially within his hearing (accidentally on purpose of course). You need to work on developing a good professional relationship with your male co-workers because they can make life and work very difficult for you if they don't like you.
