In America or Europe, you'd expect grass or flowers here. Not in Korea. They have 50 million mouths to feed and not much farmland, so they don't waste space. Public or private, where there's open land, you're likely to find veggies growing on it. Even this auto repair workshop has a tiny triangular vegetable garden, protected by a pink ribbon.
