Koreans love to hike their mountains, and Odeasan National Park is a popular weekend destination. The map shows the locations of two Buddhist temples in the park, Sangwonsa and Wolcheongsa with its 9-story pagoda, and the hiking trails and peaks. Check out the Sangwonsa Temple Bell at the lower right. (We did.) It's supposed to be the oldest surviving temple bell in Korea.

Korea takes surpringly good care of us English-speakers. You see lots of bilingual signs and placards -- but of course only when you aren't running late and lost ;-).
