When I visited Margaret in Korea in May of 2000, she didn't really get any extra time off. There wasn't any particular
reason she should, and I hadn't expected it. So while she taught, I worked on an
early version of this website
via her dialup, and wandered round Kangnung (Gangneung) seeing the sights and shooting pictures. One afternoon, I stopped by the hagwon just in time for class to let out. So here are her kids, just being kids like you find anywhere in the world -- except that Korean kids are (1) IMO some of the world's cutest; and (2) always have this instant and apparently instinctive response every time they see a camera.
